You must be at least 18 years of age to register on Oyaluka. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We verify age during the manual profile review process.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently rejected. If you believe an underage person has registered, please report it to support@oyaluka.com.

All profile photos must be real, current photographs of yourself. The following are strictly prohibited:

• AI-generated or digitally altered images
• Photos of another person presented as yourself
• Stock images, illustrations, or cartoon avatars
• Group photos where you cannot be clearly identified

Our admin team cross-references your profile photo with your social media screenshot during verification. Accounts using fake or AI-generated photos will be rejected without appeal.

All members are expected to treat each other with dignity and respect at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on Oyaluka:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
• Sending unsolicited explicit, offensive, or threatening messages
• Discriminatory language based on ethnicity, religion, gender, or disability
• Scamming, catfishing, or deceiving other members
• Soliciting money or financial assistance from other members

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension. You can report inappropriate behaviour via support@oyaluka.com.

Oyaluka reserves the right to suspend, reject, or permanently remove any account at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any term in this agreement
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to pass identity verification
• Complaints received from other members

If your account is rejected during verification, a reason will be provided where possible. You may re-apply after 30 days with updated information.

Oyaluka provides a platform for Nigerian singles to discover and connect with each other. However, we make no guarantee that using our platform will result in a match, a relationship, or any specific outcome.

Profile visibility, connection results, and relationship outcomes depend entirely on user interactions and are beyond Oyaluka's control. We are a platform, not a matchmaking agency.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oyaluka and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any interactions or relationships formed through the platform
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Content posted by other users
• Platform downtime, errors, or interruptions

You use Oyaluka at your own risk. We strongly advise exercising caution when meeting anyone you have connected with online.
